Job Description
As the Senior Director of Digital Marketing at Mural, you will lead our Digital Marketing Center of Excellence and be responsible for developing strategies to drive the company’s growth and enhance its online presence. Leveraging your expertise in various aspects of Enterprise B2B and PLG digital marketing, such as Performance Marketing, SEO, and Website Management, you will spearhead initiatives that significantly boost awareness, acquisition, and engagement of both our Enterprise and self-service buyers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Develop, execute, and optimize robust paid media strategies across multiple channels, including SEM, social media, and programmatic display. Develop and implement an SEO strategy, collaborating with the content team and agencies to boost web traffic through organic search. Led the management and optimization of the website, overseeing A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and personalization. Analyze and optimize the digital customer journey, partnering with Lifecycle and Integrated Marketing teams to ensure alignment with the overall customer journey. Coordinate across the Marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals, brand voice, and seasonal and always-on campaigns Utilize analytics and data insights to guide decisions and optimize digital marketing strategies for better performance. Create and review reports, ensuring all digital marketing activities are measurable and achieving desired outcomes. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and insights within digital marketing to bring innovative and efficient solutions to the team and company. Develop and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI and learning opportunities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different digital channels. WHAT YOU’LL BRING 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of driving growth, preferably in a leadership role for 3+ years Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in managing and leading high-performing teams. Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices, with a proven track record of driving results. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve ROI targets. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience presenting strategy and reporting to senior and executive leadership teams Player-Coach. Being able to work in multiple altitudes when and if needed.
