Responsibilities and Duties Respond to online customer questions promptly and accurately. Collect user feedback and make appropriate product optimization suggestions. Actively cooperate to complete temporary tasks. Respond to work messages on time during working hours. Work online, you can work from anywhere you like. Qualification and Requirements College graduate. Fluent in English reading and writing. Be patient, and careful, and have strong learning ability. Have a personal computer and a good network signal. Be able to answer calls (Telegram) and remote access (troubleshooting only) during emergencies. Working Time Full-Time Night Shift: 7 hours per day (Wednesday to Sunday) (6:00 pm - 01:00 am Ghana time) Training program 15 working days Note: The working hours for the first 10 training days are 05:00 am-10:00 am Ghana time, 5 hours per day. Thereafter, your working hours will be from 6:00 pm to 01:00 am, 7 hours a day.
