What you'll be doing: • Build an effective territory plan that fosters a deep and strategic understanding of each account. • • • Build strong relationships with accounts that require a higher level of engagement and relationship building across partners, contacts, and consultants. • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around our service to target partners-Deliver a consultative, educational, and creative sales process that encompasses Sword products and will lead to closing new businesses. • Maintain a robust team Sales pipeline, including reporting and key dashboards to monitor performance • Effectively collaborate with internal teams pushing deals forward and towards a close. • Negotiate key deal terms and manage a contract redlining process. • Become an additional spokesperson for the business at conferences and other industry events • Meet or exceed regional quarterly and annual deal/revenue targets What you need to have:- 10+ years of Sales/BD experience with 5+ years of selling employer benefits or digital health & wellness products Experience in high growth startups-Ability to lead financial modeling and legal negotiation of deals Ability to launch and learn new products and markets Consistent history of exceeding sales or sales development goals/quotas; year over year or quarter over quarter improvement a strong bonus Self-driven, motivated, inspiring and entrepreneurial; ability to own outcomes and make things happen Strong communicator with excellent relationship building skills
