Job Description
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily store activities Lead, motivate, and support Beauty Advisors and Sales Executives Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained Monitor and drive sales performance to meet targets Manage stock levels, inventory control, and merchandising Ensure store cleanliness and visual standards are maintained Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally Train and coach staff on sales techniques and product knowledge Prepare reports on sales performance and store activities
Requirement(s)
Requirements HND/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 2–3 years retail experience (cosmetics industry preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Good sales and customer service experience Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Key Competencies Leadership and team management Sales and target orientation Decision-making and problem-solving Strong organizational skills Professionalism and integrity
