Job Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff in various settings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirement(s)
Scheduling and coordinating cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas. Enforcing sanitation standards and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. Managing supply inventories to minimize waste and maximize resources. Training new employees and providing ongoing training to the housekeeping staff. Resolving guest issues or complaints related to cleanliness in a timely manner.
