FACILITATOR
Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated facilitators to teach learners in Primary 3, 4, and 5. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting learners’ academic and personal development, and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Requirement(s)
Academic & Professional Qualifications *Minimum of a Diploma in Basic Education (DBE) or Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or related field *Must be registered and licensed with the National Teaching Council (NTC) *Successful completion of the Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) Experience *At least 1–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level (preferred) *Experience with the NaCCA Standard-Based Curriculum is an added advantage Knowledge & Skills *Strong understanding of child-centered teaching methodologies *Ability to prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments effectively *Good classroom management and pupil engagement skills *Strong communication and interpersonal skills *Ability to integrate ICT into teaching and learning Personal Attributes *High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment *Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children *Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment *Strong organizational and time management skills Additional Requirements *Must be willing to participate in school activities and continuous professional development *Ability to maintain accurate academic records and reports *Good command of spoken and written English
