Job Description
Job Summary; We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning and maintenance operations at client sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that staff deliver services according to company standards, maintain strong client relationships, and handle operational challenges efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning and support staff at various client locations. Conduct daily site inspections to ensure high service standards. Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and adherence to safety protocols. Report maintenance issues, client feedback, and incidents promptly to management. Train and motivate team members for better performance and professionalism. Monitor the use of cleaning materials and ensure cost-effective usage. Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve operational concerns. Prepare daily or weekly reports on site performance and staff activities.
Requirement(s)
Minimum of SHS certificate; a Diploma or higher qualification is an added advantage. Previous experience in supervision, cleaning, or facility management roles preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites or teams. Must be reliable, punctual, and result oriented.
