Job Description

The Customer Service Personnel will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to clients and guests, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining the company’s professional image. The role includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting in the smooth operation of the establishment.

Requirement(s)

Minimum High School or Diploma qualification. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email handling, etc.). Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage). Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor. Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
