Job Description
Tyreman installs, repairs, balances, and maintains tires on vehicles, which can range from cars to heavy equipment.
Requirement(s)
• Inspect tires for damage and wear • Maintain and repair tires including tire changing and wheel balancing • Troubleshoot and diagnose tire-related issues • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities • Repairing punctures and rotating tires • Managing tire inventory • Maintain a clean workspace • Adhere to safety protocols and advise customers on tire maintenance and replacement options. Key Skills • Technical Skills: Proficiency with tire-changing and balancing equipment and knowledge of different tire types. • Attention to Detail: Crucial for identifying tire issues and performing precise work. • Physical Strength: Needed for handling tires and working with heavy equipment. • Safety Awareness: Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols for self and equipment. • Communication Skills: To interact effectively with customers and other team members. Age • 25-35 years Minimum Qualification • Diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field • HND in Auto Mechanics • Any equivalent international automotive certification Minimum Experience • 2 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry
