MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, conveyors, hydraulic systems). Conduct regular inspections to detect wear, damage, or potential issues in mechanical systems. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and determine effective repair methods. Install new mechanical components following technical drawings and safety guidelines. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to optimize operations and reduce energy consumption. Conduct preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and avoid unexpected breakdowns. Respond to emergency breakdowns and restore equipment functionality promptly. Install and calibrate parts, equipment, and systems accurately. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multi-disciplinary maintenance tasks. Perform additional duties as required by the job.
Requirement(s)
