Operations Manager
Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day execution of broadband installation projects, ensuring effective coordination of teams, timelines, and technical workflows. Leads and supervises daily field operations across multiple broadband installation sites. Oversees scheduling, technician deployment, and workflow coordination. Ensures quality control, service standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. Liaises with the office team to align reporting, logistics, and internal coordination. Collaborates with the Organization’s telecom partner to align on delivery targets and issue resolution. Monitors team performance, troubleshoots field challenges, and supports decision-making. Tracks progress, reports key metrics, and contributes to operational planning.
Requirement(s)
Degree or technical certification in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Hands-on experience with broadband installations, FTTH, wireless, or field telecom systems. At least 3–5 years in an operational or field management role. Proven ability to manage field technicians and coordinate multi-site projects. Familiarity with ERP tools, workflow tracking, and performance reporting.
