Hospitality Key Account Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Key Account Manager to drive growth across Ghana’s premium hospitality sector. This is a specialist role requiring proven success in managing and growing key accounts within hotels, lodges, resorts, and other high-end hospitality venues. You will be the primary contact for some of Ghana’s most prestigious hospitality operators, ensuring WestBev’s portfolio is their first choice for bars, restaurants, and events. The role demands strong networks, polished relationship skills, and a track record of delivering results in a premium brand environment Develop and execute a hospitality sales plan to grow listings, visibility, and volume for the Pernod Ricard and Spier Wines portfolios. Manage and grow relationships with key hospitality accounts nationwide. Proactively identify and secure new premium hospitality clients. Build and maintain trusted relationships with both expatriate and Ghanaian decision-makers. Negotiate commercial terms and activation agreements to strengthen brand presence. Collaborate with marketing on brand activations and tailored hospitality promotions. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Requirement(s)
Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience selling into the hospitality sector (hotels, lodges, resorts, or luxury leisure). Demonstrated success managing accounts for premium alcohol, wine, spirits, or luxury FMCG brands. Experience working for an international company or dealing with expatriate decision-makers. Strong existing network within Ghana’s premium hospitality sector. Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Ghana. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
