Job Description
We are seeking a Farmer Field Book (FFB) Data Agent to support its Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) activities. The Farmer Field Book (FFB) Data Agent, will be responsible for (i) Leading data collection for impact assessments, (ii) engagement of stakeholders in relation to all impact assessment programs, (iii) Data quality checking in the assigned districts.
Requirement(s)
Diploma/Degree in statistics, economics, data science, agronomy or related field with 2 years of relevant experience Proficiency in English is required and fluency in local language in the cocoa growing areas is a plus. Strong skills in data collection analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience training others in quantitative and qualitative data collection. Familiarity with data collection technologies and mobile-based tools (ODK, Appsheets, Google Forms). Good project management, planning, and organizational skills. Valid Motorbike rider's license. Proven experience working in remote, rural areas.
