Job Description

The Associate Director of Operations & Strategy is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the company’s strategic roadmap, optimizing day-to-day operations, and driving sustainable growth. This role partners closely with the CEO to foster innovation, build highperformance teams, and ensure operational excellence across all departments Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and refine the company’s strategic plan, setting priorities that align with long-term growth objectives. Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations, streamline processes, and implement best practices to meet or exceed profitability, sales, and performance targets. Team Leadership: Mentor department heads and managers, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and facilitate crossfunctional collaboration. Policy & Process Development: Establish and refine operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and align with strategic goals. Business Growth & Innovation: Identify new market opportunities, support business development efforts, and collaborate on projects that deliver financial and social impact. Project Management: Oversee critical projects and initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with company objectives. Requirement(s)

Required Skills or Experience Educational Qualifications/Experience An MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Management or related field (highly preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within the biomedical, healthcare, or related sectors Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strategic thinker with strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication; effective at board and executive levels. Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving change, and managing complex, cross-functional projects. Strong understanding of strategic planning and execution. Familiarity with international accreditation standards and regulatory compliance. Unwavering commitment to quality programs and excellence in organizational and project management with the ability to achieve strategic objectives and manage a budget. Ability to work effectively in collaboration with a diverse group of people. Strong business acumen, budgeting experience, and financial literacy. Strong work ethic. Strategic vision with the ability to execute. Demonstrated leadership presence and maturity. High level of integrity, sound judgment, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
