The AI Expert will design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and strategic decision-making at Advans Ghana Savings and Loans. The AI Expert will lead initiatives that integrate AI and machine learning technologies into the company’s processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Requirement(s)
Minimum Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Experience Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment. A track record of applying AI in operational environments (e.g., customer service, HR, risk, or fraud detection) Ability to translate technical solutions into operational language and collaborate effectively with nontechnical stakeholders across departments. Experience in the banking sector is an advantage. Training Requirements Formal training in machine learning, AI tools, data privacy standards, and model governance.
