Job Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and increase market share. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing excellent customer service and support. Conduct market research to identify trends and gather insights that inform sales strategies. Collaborate with team members to coordinate sales activities and achieve company goals. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports on results and insights. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
Requirement(s)
Required Skills or Experience A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field. At least 3 years of working experience in a similar sales role/position. Age between 25 years to 35 years. SKILLS Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from feedback. Enthusiasm for creative problem-solving and innovative thinking. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Basic understanding of sales principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
