Accounts Assistant
Job Description
Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records. • Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents. • Working with bookkeeping software, online spreadsheets, and databases. • Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity. • Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients. • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc. • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Requirement(s)
Skills and Qualifications: • Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles. • Data entry skills. • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software. • Proficiency in English and in MS Office. • Attention to detail. • HND or degree
