Requirement(s)
Minimum of a First Degree in Human Resource Management /Industrial Psychology or equivalent qualification in a related field. A postgraduate qualification or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHRi, Certified Trainer, etc.) is a plus Experience Minimum of five (5) years’ proven experience in human resource management specifically in talent development & management.
