About The Role: Responsible for effective operation and maintenance of packaging plant to deliver optimum capacity To effectively lead and manage the site packaging team to achieve overall objectives of the department. Adhere to the controls and governance required in packaging operations Responsible for the achievements of the overall packaging department objectives. Prepare and manage the annual departmental budget. Responsible for entire packaging workforce.
Requirement(s)
Degree in Science / Engineering. A minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing industry A holder of the Dip/MB from the IBD will be useful Proven first line management skills
