Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our sales strategy and drive business growth. Based in Accra, the ideal candidate will identify new market opportunities, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets. The Sales Lead will also collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and represent the company at key industry events. A background in scientific or analytical equipment sales is highly desirable.

Requirement(s)

Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the scientific or analytical equipment industry. Strong understanding of analytical instruments, such as chromatography and spectroscopy, and their applications in various industries. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify business opportunities and overcome challenges. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally internationally. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A scientific background or knowledge is highly desirable. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.
