Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator / Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of office functions and support event planning activities. The ideal candidate will provide excellent administrative services while managing all aspects of event coordination. This includes liaising with technical teams, clients, and vendors, overseeing event logistics, resolving issues as they arise, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves analyzing the success of events to support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities: To provide an excellent office administrative service,. Managing event planning and setup, including coordinating with the technical teams, clients and vendors. Overseeing event operations and addressing any issues that may arise. Negotiating with clients and managing client relationships. Analyzing the success of events. Requirement Live around Amasaman and Nsawam environs. HND in business admiration or project management 1 to 2 years’ experience in administration, event management or project management Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for managing multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent communication skills are needed to interact with clients, vendors, and staff Detail oriented to ensure that every aspect of the event runs smoothly A strong understanding of event planning principles and best practices is essential Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is helpful Location: Accra (Candidates must live around Amasaman and Nsawam environs) Salary Range: Attractive Employment Type: Full-Time
