Key Responsibilities: Client Support & Inquiries: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing information about services, programs, and products. Address customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Maintain a high standard of customer care and create positive experiences for all clients. Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Be a welcoming face to receive clients to the center by delivering personalized service with a warm smile and offering ongoing support. Administrative Support: Assist with client scheduling, program bookings, and follow-up communications. Ensure all client records are up-to-date and maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information. Support the team in managing daily operations, including processing orders, handling payments, and maintaining client databases. Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback to help refine and improve services, ensuring client satisfaction. Report common issues or concerns to management for the purpose of service enhancement. Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about wellness trends, health products, and customer service best practices. Qualifications & Experience: Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree (related fields preferred). Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a similar client-facing role, ideally within the health, wellness, or hospitality industry with focus on top executives and High Net Worth clients Strong background in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Attributes: Client-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on providing outstanding service. Problem-Solver: Able to listen attentively and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Organized & Efficient: Ability to manage multiple client requests while maintaining attention to detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.
