Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, compliance, and developing a positive workplace culture.

Requirement(s)

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Oversee employee performance evaluations and training programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Maintain HR records and employee files. Manage payroll, leave, and benefits administration. Promote employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR management (typically 3–5 years). Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Location: Accra Employment Type: Full-Time
