Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions accurately, and promoting our financial products and services.

Requirement(s)

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their transaction needs. Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each workday, ensuring accuracy in all records. Assist customers in opening new accounts and updating existing account information. Address customer inquiries and complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution. Promote and clearly explain available products and services to customers. Maintain confidentiality and security of all customer and company information. Requirements: Minimum Qualification: Senior High School Certificate (SHS). Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). A team player with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
