Job Description Position Summary /Job Goal: The LCS Bus Driver is responsible for the safe transportation of LCS children to and from the school to their residences. Performance Responsibilities: Drive the school bus safely, transporting children to and from the school to their residences in accordance with the bus schedule, and undertake additional school-related driving duties. Responsible for ensuring the children's security and safety at all times. Responsible for driving the vehicle in accordance with all road traffic regulations. Responsible for ensuring that all faults on the vehicle are promptly reported. Responsible for undertaking requisite vehicle inspections on a daily basis.
Requirement(s)
Required Skills or Experience Secondary School leaving certificate or equivalent Valid driver’s license (Minimum of C class) Experience, Skills and Abilities: A minimum of 5 years’ professional driving experience for an organization. A minimum of 3 years experience of driving a class C sized vehicle or larger. A working knowledge of health and safety requirements as a bus driver.
