Job Description
Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the training needs of corporate clients and industry groups. Program Development: Design and develop customized training programs that address the unique requirements of each client. Training Delivery: Oversee the delivery of training sessions, ensuring high-quality and engaging experiences for participants. Organization of Training Sessions: Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of training sessions, including venue selection, scheduling, and materials preparation. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all training-related matters. Evaluation and Feedback: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback to continuously improve offerings. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of trainers, ensuring they are well-prepared and supported in delivering training sessions. Budget Management: Manage the training budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective delivery of services. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs remain relevant and impactful. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote training services and attract new clients.
Requirement(s)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role focused on corporate clients and industry groups.
