Institutional Capacity Building Specialist
Job Description
The Specialist will also support government TVET/ATVET regulatory bodies, including the Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MOFA), the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET), Ghana TVET Service (GTVET), and others, by providing technical support on change management and reform processes.
Requirement(s)
Required Skills or Experience Education Minimum 10 years of relevant progressive technical experience in the design and delivery of agribusiness, agricultural development capacity building services to public and/or private sector training institutions in Ghana Must have working experience on matters of education, agriculture or TVET reforms and supporting similar assignments in the public sector or large non-governmental or International Cooperation Agencies.
