Senior Factory Supervisor
Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Factory Supervisor located in Accra. The Senior Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision and management of all labor provided by Leasafric Logistics to Twellium during their assigned shifts. This includes overseeing the daily activities of the Shifts’ Supervisors and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all labor-related activities within the client's facility.
Requirement(s)
Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field preferred. Minimum of 2years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment. Proven experience managing large teams of hourly employees. Proven experience in payroll management Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
