Job Description

Scope of Work Each recruited data collector will: 1. Participate in a 2-day training on the evaluation objectives, tools, ethical procedures, and digital data collection platforms. 2. Administer client satisfaction surveys, retail audits, and structured interviews with DMPA-SC clients, pharmacists, and Lydia Contact Center users. 3. Ensure accurate and complete data entry into mobile data collection tools (ODK/KoBoToolbox). 4. Maintain data confidentiality and adhere strictly to research ethics and project protocols. 5. Submit daily activity reports and collaborate with regional supervisors and project M&E leads.

Requirement(s)

Required Skills or Experience Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Pharmacy Technician, or related field. At least 1 year of field experience in health-related surveys or data collection. Proficiency in the use of mobile data collection tools (e.g., KoBoToolbox, ODK). Ability to communicate effectively in English and at least one local language in their assigned region. Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and respect for privacy and confidentiality.
