ABOUT THE ROLE As an ICT Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving TAGG’s ICT infrastructure, ensuring seamless system operations across all departments. You will troubleshoot technical issues, implement security measures, support system upgrades, and drive digital innovation to enhance efficiency.
Requirement(s)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or computer science or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year working experience in similar role Certifications: Relevant technical certifications are an added advantage. KNOWLEDGE The ICT officer should have a good knowledge of how software and operating systems work as well as possess excellent knowledge in people management, project management and safety. S/he should have the desire to keep learning and updating his/her knowledge on latest ICT trends. S/he should have knowledge about the organization, its philosophy, industry, and customers, competitors, etc. SKILLS & ABILITIES Team working ability Analytical and problem-solving skills Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses.
