Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Attending to customer enquiries inquiries in a professional, friendly manner Resolving customer complaints, issues, and queries efficiently and effectively Provide product and service information, guiding customers through solutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding quality standards and performance metrics Work as part of a team to meet and exceed departmental goals and target Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on policies and procedures

Requirement(s)

Required Skills or Experience Previous experience in a customer service or front desk (preferred but not required) Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations A positive, solution-focused attitude with a passion for customer care Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required
