Project Assistant
Job Description
Assist in the coordination and implementation of project activities, ensuring timely delivery of objectives. Support the preparation of project documentation, including proposals, reports, and presentations. Organize meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics and participant communication. Monitor project timelines and budgets, alerting team members to any potential delays or issues. Maintain accurate project records and databases. Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and team members to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Perform administrative / office tasks as needed to support the project team. Update all social media handles.
Requirement(s)
At least 1 year experience working in a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
