Loan Officer
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing loan clients, primarily market women and small-scale traders, across the Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abrem (KEEA) Municipal Area. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel and community engagement. The Loan officer will also be responsible for retrieving loans from clients weekly after disbursement. ONLY RESIDENTS OF ELMINA AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES SHOULD APPLY.

Qualification and Requirements Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate Female applicants only (position is gender-specific) Must be very familiar with major towns and communities in the KEEA Municipal Area Must be willing and able to work extensively in the field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of financial services or micro-credit practices preferred Basic knowledge of using data collection software such as Kobo Collect or Survey CTO and MS Excel is an added advantage.
