Area Sales Lead
Job Description
Training, managing and leading our outdoor sales teams Preparing and delivering fun and engaging sales content Assist customers with their purchases, including answering questions about products and helping them find what they are looking for. Assist with promoting and upselling products to meet sales targets Inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise Provide feedback to the Store Lead about customer needs and preferences among others Store operations support as and when required
Requirement(s)
Outdoor activations and promotions leadership experience preferred Previous sales team, retail or customer service leadership experience preferred Highly confident and engaging public speaker Fluent English and either Twi or Ga National diploma or higher Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Must reside within easy access to Accra Central
