Job Description

Develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies to identify prospective corporate clients. Secure and conduct meetings with C-suite Executives, HR Directors and Benefits Managers and other key persons Explain complex insurance concepts clearly to executives with varying levels of insurance knowledge Perform a comprehensive Needs Analysis to understand client requirements Present customized group life insurance solutions that align with client needs Navigate and overcome objections through consultative selling approaches. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to policy inception Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities. Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings and regulatory changes. Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM System. Participate in industry networking events to build professional relationships.

Requirement(s)

Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study At least 2+years of experience in financial services sales or insurance sales. Proven track record of B2B sales success, preferably in financial products. Experience in presenting and negotiating with senior executives. Strong knowledge of employee benefits and group insurance products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
