Account Officer
Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Liaise with internal teams and external auditors.
Requirement(s)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in accounting or finance-related roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Ghanaian financial regulations and tax laws is an advantage.
