Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Manager at Teddy's Irish Pub and Lodge located in Accra. The Hospitality Manager will oversee daily operations of the pub and lodge, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen and bar team, handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. Additionally, the Hospitality Manager will be responsible for training new employees and implementing effective customer service practices.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Strong background in Food & Beverage management and Hospitality Experience in Training and mentoring staff Ability to oversee and manage daily operations effectively Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in hospitality management is a plus Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
