Job Purpose: The Channel Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Business Development & Route to Market Team by providing data-driven insights and analyses that optimize our distribution strategy and enhance sales performance. This role involves analyzing sales data, tracking performance metrics, and supporting the design and implementation of sales incentives and distributor performance management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Requirement(s)
Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales analytics or relevant professional equivalent roles within the FMCG industry. Proficiency in using data analytics tools, sales automation software, and dashboard reporting. Skills Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, insights generation, and sales performance tracking. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of the FMCG market and distribution channels in Ghana is preferred. Personal Attributes: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and proactively. High level of organization and attention to detail. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and marketing trends.
