Nursery Manager
Job Description
Lead and manage the Early Years team, providing guidance, support, and coaching for excellent teaching and learning practices. Develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), demonstrating a strong understanding of its principles and implementation.
Requirement(s)
Qualified Early Years teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Minimum 5 years teaching experience in an Early Years setting. Proven experience leading and managing a team. Strong understanding of the EYFS and its implementation across the Early Years classes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Commitment to providing high-quality education and care. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. At least 3 years of experience in managing or leading an Early Years department.
