Job Description

Lead Generation & Client Engagement Identifying and reaching out to potential buyers. Responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to foster trust Property Listings & Marketing Conducting property showings and open houses. Creating promotional materials (photos, videos, virtual tours) Collaborating with marketing teams to attract buyers Sales & Negotiation: Understanding clients' property needs and budget constraints. Presenting suitable properties and discussing features, pricing, and financing options. Negotiating offers, terms, and closing deals. Advising clients on legal paperwork and transaction processes. Market Research & Property Valuation Analyzing local real estate market trends. Keeping up-to-date with new developments and competitor listings Documentation & Transaction Support Assisting clients with contracts, agreements, and financing paperwork. Ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations. Coordinating with legal, finance, and administrative teams for smooth transactions Client Support & After-Sales Service Following up with clients after sales or rentals to ensure satisfaction. Addressing concerns and assisting with property-related services (repairs, etc.) Encouraging referrals and repeat business through excellent customer service
