Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aesthetic clinic in Roman Ridge, Accra. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient clinic operations, maintain compliance with industry regulations, manage inventory, and provide excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience. They will lead and mentor a team of medical and administrative staff, conduct staff training, and oversee performance evaluations. Additionally, the Clinic Manager will work closely with the marketing team to drive client acquisition and retention, analyze clinic performance, and identify opportunities for business growth. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in clinic management are essential for this role.
Requirement(s)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinic, spa, or healthcare management. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities. Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and wellness services is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
