Job Description
PAYROLL LEAD (SAGE300) Subsidiary: Genser Energy Ghana Limited (GEGL) Designation Level: Functional Head Reports Directly to: HR Manager OBJECTIVE: The Payroll Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll process for a global workforce, across multiple currencies, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments and the administration of employee benefits. This role will require strong attention to detail and use of Excel at an advanced level.
Requirement(s)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Accounting is mandatory. Master's degree is a plus. Multicultural experience is mandatory.
