We are seeking a Virtual Assistant Intern to support our founder in managing leads, organizing operations, and growing the business.
Requirement(s)
Responsibilities: Email Outreach: Research and send emails to leads (influencers, artists, and brands) to generate new opportunities. Calendar Management: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and personal commitments to ensure a seamless day-to-day workflow. Research: Conduct research on potential clients, industry trends, and entertainment-related insights to support decision-making. Organization: Proactively suggest and implement better organization systems for files, processes, and overall workflows. Client & Team Coordination: Manage communication with clients and team members, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are on track. Creative Support: Assist with light tasks like creating proposals, presentations, or social media drafts tailored to the entertainment industry. Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, client details, and ongoing projects, providing regular updates. Ideal Candidate Traits: Passionate about the entertainment space and familiar with its trends, influencers, and artists. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) with a natural flair for writing professional and persuasive emails. Highly organized and proactive, with a talent for identifying and implementing improvements. Self-starter who can take initiative, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment. Skilled researcher with a curiosity to learn about clients and the industry. Proficient in digital tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and basic project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
