Fuel Station Manager
Job Description
The fuel station manager would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the fuel station, including managing employees, inventory, and safety. The manager also ensures that the station is running smoothly and that customers are satisfied. Responsibilities Manage employees: Hire, train, and fire employees, and set their schedules Manage inventory: Order supplies, manage fuel inventory, and perform fuel reconciliation Manage safety: Ensure that safety and security protocols are met, and enforce fuel storage regulations Set prices: Set fuel prices based on market conditions and company requirements Manage budgets: Create the station's budget and coordinate with corporate management Maintain relationships: Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors Ensure customer service: Prioritize customer service and ensure that customers' needs are met Maintain the station: Keep the station premises clean and organized, and manage the station's assets Collect payments: Bill and collect payments from customers for services rendered
Requirement(s)
Minimum HND in engineering, accounting or marketing Must have good analytical skills, good customer service skills, Team player Must have a guarantor to guarantee for any loss
