Job Description
A Reputable Financial Firm want the services of a Credit Officer for immediate employment.
Requirement(s)
Responsibilities: Risk based Loan processing Portfolio Management Customer Service Management Disburse approved loans and other facilities Handle all Agric loans of the branch Monitor approved loans and advise customers on good management practices Monitor and generate reports of status of credit portfolio Monitor Loans and Overdrafts and ensure recovery daily. Keep document of credit properly and safely. Prepare all Credit Reports of the branch to the appropriate quarters. Assist in recovery of loans for the branch Handle all customers professionally and in a friendly manner Key Qualifications: A degree in Accounting or Finance, Business Administration, Microfinance Management, Credit Management and or Community Development HND in Accounting, Marketing or related field Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience as a Microfinance Field Officer A very strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills Must be a licensed motor rider Proficiency in computer usage, including MS Office Applications etc Must demonstrate a high sense of professionalism, diligence and integrity Ability to plan, organize and execute tasks with little supervision Excellent leadership and people management skills T24 Banking Software skills How To Apply Kindly Note: All applications are to be submitted to Email: recruitmentad123@gmail.com Employment Type: Full Time Location: Akim Swedru, Eastern Region – Ghana.
