Job Description

This is an official job with the opportunity to gain unique international work experience. You will be the face of the company and will call and meet our delivery partners. You will have the opportunity to work directly with people and be involved in recruitment and onboarding. There is a lot of work and it is very interesting.

Requirement(s)

We are an international fulfillment company that operates and develops in the African markets. At the moment we are working with countries such as Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda and South Africa. We have been in the market for over 4 years. We are looking for a brave, smart, active and responsible HR manager who wants to become part of our company. At our company, we value communication, experience and the opportunity to always learn new things. We need someone who is ready for a quick reaction to change of processes, who will give us ideas and an honest opinion about our candidates for delivery agent position. Conditions: Work from home with 5 working days a week (Mon-Fri) schedule. Work online fully remotely Constant communication with the team Tasks: B2 English language. Written and oral communication (there is a communication regulation) Work with candidates, communications with remote HR team Ability to describe our company to new candidates and make a brief story about candidates to introduce them to them team; Please describe your experience in recruitment and why you want to work with us.
