Genko Solutions is a leading marketing and training agency in Ghana, specializing in connecting top-tier brands with talented individuals. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Brand Ambassadors to join our team and play a pivotal role in recruiting riders and drivers for Uber in Ghana. As a Brand Ambassador for Uber Ghana, you will be responsible for promoting and recruiting riders and drivers for Uber's platform. You will represent Uber at various events and locations, engage with potential riders and drivers, and educate them about the benefits of using Uber.

Key Responsibilities: Promotion and Outreach: Act as the face of Uber in Ghana, engaging with potential riders and drivers at high-traffic areas, events, and public gatherings. Brand Representation: Create a positive and lasting impression of Uber through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education and Onboarding: Inform potential drivers and riders about Uber's platform, its features, and the benefits of joining the Uber community. Driver Recruitment: Identify and onboard new drivers, ensuring they meet Uber's driver requirements and helping them through the onboarding process. Rider Acquisition: Encourage new riders to download the Uber app, sign up, and experience the convenience of Uber's services. Data Collection: Gather feedback and insights from potential drivers and riders to help improve Uber's services and marketing strategies. Events and Partnerships: Collaborate with local event organizers and businesses to promote Uber and explore partnership opportunities. Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including the number of drivers and riders recruited, feedback received, and any challenges faced. Identify people who have never used Uber as riders and sign them up; and after that apply the promo code assigned to you. Identify drivers who have never driven on Uber and sign them up using the Uber Hero Account that shall be created for you. Use the Uber Troubleshooting Log to lodge all Uber drivers complaints. Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing, sales, or promotions is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about the gig economy and the benefits of ride-sharing services. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Familiarity with the local transportation landscape and culture in Ghana. Access to a smartphone for conducting on-site demonstrations and registrations. Must be reliable and punctual. At least one year sales or marketing experience in any field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills. Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism. Strong ability to meet targets, stay organized and maintain a positive attitude. Proficiency in the use of smart phones.
